 Cui Dai beach is one of Hoi An's most well-known beaches and can be found at the northeast of the city. Expect clear blue waters and powdery sands that are great for relaxing in or on. If your idea of having a good time in the ocean is being able to float lazily around while you take in the view, then this is the spot for you. You won't find adrenaline-seeking kite surfers or surfers here, since the water is usually very calm.

Between September and January, you can expect a lot of rainfall. Understandably, due to this, at this time of the year, you will also encounter fewer tourists, making the beaches and other venues less crowded. However, it is inadvisable to visit during these months as there is the chance of flooding owing to the heavy rainfall.
